About the job

We are looking for a highly motivated Customer Success Manager to oversee and optimize lead generation campaigns for the French market. The ideal candidate will ensure client satisfaction, campaign success, and the implementation of performance-driven strategies through data and analysis.

Your responsibilities

• Manage and monitor lead generation campaigns for French clients
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring their success and satisfaction
• Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize campaign outcomes
• Identify growth opportunities and proactively suggest improvements
• Troubleshoot and resolve client issues swiftly and effectively

Requirement

• Native or fluent French speaker
• Proficient in English (spoken and written)
• Experience managing digital marketing or lead generation campaigns
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret campaign data
• Hands-on attitude with a proactive problem-solving mindset
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Familiarity with online advertising tools and platforms is a plus
